Project Timisoara (Romania)

The Romanian colleagues finished another interesting project and installed a 3 deck semi-mobile electric washing plant from Dernaseer and one Rubble Master RM60E electric impact crusher in Timisoara.
The machines will process river ballast with a production output of up to 150 to/h depending on material and plant setup.
Here some specifications of the project:

• Material processed: river ballast
• Final products:
  Natural products for concrete production: 0/4, 4/8, 8/16, >16 mm
  Crushed material for asphalt production: 0/4, 4/8, 8/16, >16 mm or crushed stone 0/63mm
• Production output:
  3D washing plant: 80-150 to/h depending on material and settings
  Impact crusher RM60: up to 80to/h depending on material and settings
